Kategori Kompetisi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompetisi powerlifting itu biasanya terbagi dalam sejumlah kategori, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Jenis Kelamin (Pria dan wanita).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Usia (Junior, Senior, dan Master\/Pro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Berat Badan (dikelompokkan sesuai berat badan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Tipe Kompetisi (<em>Equipped<\/em>\/kenakan perlengkapan khusus, dan <em>Raw<\/em>\/tanpa perlengkapan tambahan, kecuali <em>Powerlifter<\/em> <em>belt<\/em>, <em>Knee sleeves<\/em>, dll).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-jenis-angkatan\"><\/span>2. Jenis Angkatan<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jelas, dalam powerlifting competition, ada 3 <em>lift<\/em> yang dipertandingkan, yang biasa disingkat dengan SBD (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/blog\/squat\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1765\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Squat<\/a><\/em>, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/blog\/apa-itu-bench-press\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1978\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bench Press<\/a><\/em>, dan <em>Deadlift<\/em>). Kendati begitu, ada pula kompetisi lokal (biasanya diselenggarakan oleh sebuah <em>gym center<\/em>) yang hanya mempertandingkan satu jenis angkatan saja, Kompetisi Squat, misalnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkait itu, <em>International Powerlifting Federation <\/em>(IPF), sebuah federasi dengan anggota terbanyak di dunia, pun rutin mengadakan kompetisi powerlifting tingkat dunia yang hanya berfokus pada satu jenis angkatan, Kejuaraan Dunia Bench Press <em>(World Bench Press Championships)<\/em>, misalnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedangkan, powerlifting competition bertaraf internasional di bawah IPF yang setiap tahun mempertandingkan SBD, misalnya: Kejuaraan Dunia Powerlifting Klasik <em>(Classic World Powerlifting Championships)<\/em>, Kejuaraan Dunia Powerlifting Perlengkapan <em>(Equipped World Powerlifting Championships)<\/em>, Kejuaraan Dunia Master <em>(World Masters Powerlifting Championships)<\/em>, dll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-sistem-penilaian\"><\/span>3. Mereka biasanya menyalakan 2 lampu \u2013 lampu putih merupakan tanda angkatan sah, dan lampu merah, pertanda angkatan tidak sah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lampu yang dinyalakan didasari atas penilaian: Tingkat kedalaman squat (posisi turun), Kontrol saat bench press (termasuk jeda sekian detik saat bar di dada), dan Kontrol penuh <em>(lockout)<\/em> saat deadlift (menahan sekian detik bar ketika berada di sekitar paha atas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4-sistem-skor\"><\/span>4. Sistem Skor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun sistem skor yang berlaku secara standar internasional, yaitu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Setiap powerlifter mempunyai tiga kali kesempatan (percobaan) pada tiap jenis angkatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Hasil terbaik dari setiap kategori digabungkan untuk kemudian dihitung total angkatannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Juara ditetapkan berdasarkan total angkatan tertinggi di kelas masing-masing. Jika membandingkan atlet dari kelas berat yang berbeda, maka digunakan penyesuaian melalui <em>Wilks Score<\/em> atau <em>IPF Points<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Wilks Score adalah sistem penilaian yang digunakan dalam olahraga powerlifting untuk membandingkan performa atlet dari berbagai kelas berat. Skor ini memungkinkan perhitungan yang adil dengan mempertimbangkan perbedaan berat badan atlet).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5-competition-equipment\"><\/span>5. Sedangkan, equipment tambahan yang digunakan, antara lain: Lifter belt, Knee sleeves atau <em>knee wraps<\/em>, Sepatu dan Singlet khusus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6-jenis-kompetisi\"><\/span>6. Jenis Kompetisi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada 3 jenis taraf kompetisi powerlifting yang umum dipertandingkan, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%e2%80%93-federasi-lokal-dan-nasional\"><\/span>&#8211; Federasi Lokal dan Nasional<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Menyelenggarakan kompetisi bertaraf lokal (kualifikasi) hingga kejuaraan nasional. Ini diselenggarakan oleh asosiasi angkat berat di masing-masing negara. Kendati begitu IPF biasanya menjadi salah satu acuan standar powerlifting competition-nya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%e2%80%93-federasi-internasional\"><\/span>&#8211; Federasi Internasional<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>IPF adalah federasi powerlifting internasional yang setiap tahun rutin mengadakan kejuaraan powerlifting tingkat dunia. Kompetisi di bawah IPF selalu memiliki persyaratan dan aturan yang sangat ketat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open competitions powerlifting biasa dilakukan oleh federasi atau asosiasi angkat berat di masing-masing negara, yang berkolaborasi dengan komunitas, dan atau <em>brand<\/em> produk lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Magnus Iron Game<\/em><\/strong> (MIG) adalah contoh open competition dimaksud. MIG diinisiasi oleh Hans Krisna, <em>owner<\/em> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymfitnessindo.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gymfitnessindo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GYMFITNESSINDO<\/a><\/strong> dan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/\">MAGNUSFITNESS<\/a><\/strong>, sejak 2017 \u2013 rutin menyelenggarakan kompetisi powerlifting amatir yang terbuka untuk umum (dengan persyaratan dan slot khusus), dan bekerjasama dengan <em>International Powerlifting League<\/em> (IPL), <em>International Powerlifting Association <\/em>(IPA), <em>United States Powerlifting Association<\/em> (USPA), dan <em>Indonesia Powerlifting Association (IPA.Power)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open Competitions yang diselanggarakan terbuka untuk umum, biasanya tidak terlalu ketat dalam hal regulasinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7-etika-dan-regulasi\"><\/span>7. Etika dan Regulasi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara internasional powerlifting competition mempunyai etika dan regulasi ketat, terkait \u201cStandar Teknik\u201d, dimana atlet wajib mematuhinya, demi integritas kompetisi dan menjaga keselamatan diri, serta memastikan \u201cAnti-Doping\u201d berlaku bagi semua peserta.
