Alat gym ini digunakan untuk latihan gerakan yang lebih dinamis dan eksplosif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"medicine-ball\"><\/span><em>Medicine Ball<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alat gym ini termasuk revolusioner, kendatipun sebenarnya telah digunakan berabad silam. Medicine Ball adalah bola berbobot tertentu yang bisa dilempar, diayun, dan atau digunakan dalam latihan bersifat eksplosif lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"resistance-bands\"><\/span><em>Resistance Bands<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Macam-macam angkat beban berdasarkan kategori jenis beban, tidak hanya yang bermassa tetap, sebagaimana 4 alat fitness yang sudah disinggung \u2013 alat gym bermassa tidak tetap, yang bekerja berdasarkan tegangan <em>(resistance)<\/em> pun termasuk pada kategori ini, seperti Resistance Bands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"suspension-trainer-trx\"><\/span><em>Suspension Trainer<\/em> (TRX)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sama halnya dengan Resistance Bands, Suspension Trainer atau dikenal pula dengan TRX, juga merupakan alat gym bermassa tidak tetap, karena mengandalkan resistensi tegangan saat digunakan \u2013 TRX ini termasuk dalam macam-macam angkat beban berdasarkan jenis beban yang dipakai dalam berlatih angkat beban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"machine-weights\"><\/span><em><a href=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/show=ALL%20IN%20ONE%20&amp;%20POWER%20RACK\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/show=ALL%20IN%20ONE%20&amp;%20POWER%20RACK\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Machine Weights<\/a><\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Macam-macam angkat beban juga tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan alat mesin beban atau Machine Weights, seperti: <em>Leg Press Machine<\/em> (latihan otot kaki), <em>Lat Pulldown Machine<\/em> (melatih otot punggung atas), <em>Chest Press Machine<\/em> (untuk latihan dada tanpa barbell), <em>Smith Machine<\/em> (mesin dengan barbell yang bergerak dalam jalur tetap), dan <em><a href=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/show=ALL%20IN%20ONE%20&amp;%20POWER%20RACK\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/magnusfitness.co.id\/show=ALL%20IN%20ONE%20&amp;%20POWER%20RACK\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">All in One Machine Gym<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-berdasarkan-teknik-latihan\"><\/span>2.
