Format kompetisi HYROX ini selalu sama. Namun, 8 kali repetisi lari dengan jarak yang sama bisa terasa sangat berat. Itu sebabnya, berlatihlah lari dengan interval dan <em>tempo run<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tempo run adalah lari dengan kecepatan stabil yang cukup cepat, tetapi masih bisa dipertahankan selama 20-40 menit. Tujuannya untuk melatih daya tahan (endurance), dan meningkatkan ambang laktat tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambang laktat adalah titik saat tubuh mulai memproduksi laktat (asam laktat) lebih cepat daripada yang bisa dibuang, biasanya saat intensitas olahraga cukup tinggi. Latihan mendekati ambang ini membantu meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Functional Strength<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fokus pada sled, burpee, wall ball, dan sandbag lunges. Cobalah simulasi 2-3 station berturut-turut dalam latihan yang anda jalani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Pacing<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Usahakan untuk tidak habis tenaga di awal.
